       講座題目：Student Development in Teacher-Student Interaction: Evidence from a Randomized            Experiment in Online Education

講座摘要：

Using a field experiment, we conduct the first investigation of how the teacher-student interaction in online education impacts the academic achievements and noncognitive abilities of primary school students. Our findings indicate that adding regular interactive online recitation sessions to pure online courses leads to significant improvements in students’ exam scores, as well as increased levels of extraversion, openness, and conscientiousness. The effects can be attributed to three underlying mechanisms. First, students who participate in the session demonstrate better in-class attention. Second, they devote more time to reviewing lessons after class. Third, they exhibit a higher degree of social interaction.

專家簡介：

王春超，暨南大學澳门永利集团304官网手机院長，教育部高層次人才特聘教授，國家社科基金重大項目首席專家。首批國家級一流專業建設點（經濟學）負責人、首批國家級一流課程（宏觀經濟學）負責人。兼任中華全國總工會智庫專家、勞動經濟學會新經濟與新就業專業委員會主任、廣東經濟學會常務副會長。主要研究勞動經濟學、發展經濟學、數字經濟學等。出版（主編）專著3部，在《經濟研究》《管理世界》《社會學研究》《教育研究》和American Economic Journal: Economic Policy, Journal of Human Resources等發表論文150餘篇，多篇論文被《新華文摘》《中國社會科學文摘》等全文轉載，在《人民日報》《光明日報》《經濟日報》等發表多篇文章。主持國家及省部級科研項目18項，獲高等學校科學研究優秀成果（人文社科）二等獎等省部級科研獎勵8項、省廳級科研獎勵9項。以第一完成人獲國家級教學成果獎二等獎、廣東省五一勞動獎章。
