安徽亳州人，經濟學博士、博士後，副教授、碩士生導師，湖北省政協經濟委員會智庫專家，上海交通大學住房和城鄉建設研究中心特約副研究員。
在ABS3、ABS2、SSCI、SCI和CSSCI重要學術期刊發表論文60餘篇，被引逾1800次、ESI1%高被引論文7篇，擔任4本SSCI期刊客座主編、50餘本期刊審稿專家，省部級肯定性批示1份，湖北省青年人才計劃入選者，教育部學位中心評審人。
